How we make and record technical decisions, and a lightweight view of how the system is shaped.

Decisions. Anything architecturally significant or hard to reverse gets an ADR. Need broad buy-in first? Discuss in a PR, then record the decision.
Records live in docs/adr/ — numbered and immutable; only the status changes. Start from the ADR template.
System shape. A light C4 context/container view of the system — TODO.

Heavy RFC processes are deliberately out of scope for now.
